Pravux Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Project Coordinator to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, workflows, and user stories for the development team.
Coordinate with project managers, designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gap analysis to support strategic business decisions.
Facilitate meetings, requirement discussions, workshops, and client presentations.
Track project progress, timelines, deliverables, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Assist in QA testing by validating implemented features against business requirements.
Monitor project performance, KPIs,



and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Support Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, task tracking, and documentation.
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of project-related records and reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role in an IT or consulting environment.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project coordination processes.
Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Trello, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in business language.
Experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, or reporting tools will be an added advantage.
