Pravux Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing campaigns, generating qualified leads, and enhancing the company’s market presence across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing channels.
Lead brand positioning, awareness, and reputation management initiatives.
Generate and nurture marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to support the sales and business development teams.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Manage company websites, landing pages, blogs, and marketing content to improve engagement and conversions.




Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and community engagement.
Analyze campaign performance, website traffic, lead generation metrics, and ROI to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with business development, sales, design, and product teams to ensure marketing alignment and successful campaign execution.
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners.
Prepare regular marketing reports, dashboards, and performance presentations for management.
Lead and mentor the marketing team while fostering innovation and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
