Requirements
Mandatory Skills:
✅ Hands-on experience with Salesforce or Aurea CRM
✅ Strong experience in Production Support & Incident Resolution
✅ Ability to collaborate with global delivery teams and business users
✅ Good knowledge of SQL
✅ Experience in troubleshooting, analysis, and issue resolution in CRM environments
Key Responsibilities:
Provide production support for CRM applications
Analyze and resolve incidents within defined timelines
Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders
Perform issue investigation using SQL queries
Support business users and ensure smooth CRM operation
