Own day-to-day HR operations: onboarding, policy, payroll coordination, employee relations, compliance.

What you'll do

Run end-to-end onboarding for new hires — paperwork, equipment, first-week plan
Own HR policy, employee handbook, and grievance redressal
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with Finance
Manage statutory compliance — PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments
Run employee engagement initiatives and pulse surveys

What we need from you

2+ years HR or People-Ops experience in a startup or services firm
Working knowledge of Indian labour law (PF, ESI, POSH, Gratuity)
Strong interpersonal skills — credibility across all levels
Detail-oriented: nothing slips through the cracks

Nice to have

POSH IC certification or training




Experience with HRIS platforms (Keka, Zoho People, GreytHR)
Bilingual (English + Kannada / Hindi)
Prior experience in employee L&D; or culture-building
