Lead delivery on complex engagements. Own architecture decisions, mentor mid-level engineers, and ship production systems end-to-end.

What you'll do

Lead architecture and technical design for complex client engagements
Own delivery end-to-end: design, implementation, deployment, observability
Mentor mid-level engineers through code review, technical writing, pairing
Make pragmatic technology choices and document the rationale
Work directly with client stakeholders to shape requirements and timelines

What we need from you

5+ years building production software in a modern stack
Strong fundamentals across backend, APIs, databases, and at least one frontend framework
Track record of owning a feature or service end-to-end — design through deployment
Comfortable in code review, technical mentoring,



and writing clearly

Nice to have

Cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure) at production scale
Performance, observability, or security work
Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders
Open-source contributions or technical writing
