We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both low and high voltage electrical systems, with a strong understanding of industrial environments. This role requires proficiency in blueprint reading and the use of various power tools. As an Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in a variety of settings, including commercial and construction sites.
Responsibilities
Install and maintain electrical systems in industrial settings, ensuring compliance with safety standards
Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues using voltmeters and other diagnostic tools
Read and interpret blueprints to understand electrical layouts and specifications
Draw and interpret wiring system diagrams and Electrical Schematics
Work with PLCs, Robotics, and High Voltage systems
Install and maintain Electrical Control Systems
Calibrate Electrical Control Equipment
Maintain electrical controls on manufacturing lines
Set up, Maintain, and repair automated systems
Install High Voltage circuit breakers, fuse boxes, and electrical disconnect switches
Utilize power tools effectively for installation and repair tasks
Perform routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues, before they become significant problems
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs and installations
Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure seamless project execution
Experience
Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or similar role in an industrial or commercial setting
Proven familiarity with low voltage and high voltage systems is essential
Strong skills in blueprint reading and the ability to follow technical diagrams accurately
Experience using voltmeters and other electrical testing equipment
Proven experience with Control Systems, Automated Systems, and high voltage programing
Background as a maintenance p
