Job Description





Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing patients to inform them about our healthcare services, packages, and offers, and encourage bookings.
Handle inbound calls, answer queries related to doctors, services, timings, and pricing, and guide patients through the appointment process.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, update records, and ensure accurate data entry in the CRM/hospital system.
Follow up with patients for appointment reminders, feedback, and upselling relevant health packages where appropriate.
Maintain call logs, patient interaction details, and outcomes, and work towards daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Follow all healthcare confidentiality, data protection, and communication guidelines during every interaction.
