Job Requirements
MBA / Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
2+ years of experience in HR operations and recruitment
Solid understanding of hiring life cycles and HR processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with HRMS tools and documentation
