This role ensures that premium-quality interior materials—such as BWP Ply, HDHMR, premium aluminum shutters, 1mm laminates, and soft-close hardware—are procured at competitive rates and delivered on schedule to sustain our high-speed factory production lines.

Proven experience (3+ years) as a procurement officer or purchase manager in woodworking, interior design, or manufacturing.
Strong negotiation, contracting, and vendor evaluation skills.
Familiarity with interior raw material supply chains, brands (Blum, Hettich, etc.), and distributors in Tamil Nadu.
Proficiency in inventory management software, Microsoft Excel, and ERP procurement modules.

Source and procure raw materials (BWP Ply, HDHMR, laminates, premium aluminum shutters, hardware accessories).
Negotiate commercial terms, volume pricing, and payment structures with brand suppliers and distributors.
Manage raw material and hardware inventory levels to prevent production delays while optimizing working capital.
Perform quality checks on incoming material shipments to ensure compliance with Setsquare standards.
Track order timelines and coordinate logistics for timely material delivery to the factory.
