Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design stunning graphics, layouts, banners, social media posts, brochures, and other marketing materials.
Create eye-catching visual assets for digital campaigns, websites, and presentations.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and content team to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Edit and retouch images, design infographics, and develop visual storylines as per the brand guidelines.
Manage multiple assignments simultaneously and deliver within deadlines, even under pressure.
Maintain consistency and ensure high-quality outputs across all visuals.

Required Software & Techniques





Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Good knowledge of tools like CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar.
Understanding of basic motion graphics (Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro) is a plus.
Strong grasp of typography, color theory, composition, and modern design trends.
Awareness of print and digital production standards.

Ideal Candidate

Graduate with relevant knowledge of industry-standard technologies.
1–2 years of proven graphic design experience.
Creative thinker with strong aesthetic skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time, and solve problems proactively.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
