Director of Marketing and Communications

Ebenezer Healthcare Access is seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing and Communications to lead our communications strategy and expand our organizational impact. This full time role is an exciting opportunity for a mission-driven professional passionate about advancing health equity for immigrant and underserved communities.

In this role, you will design and execute a comprehensive communications plan to enhance Ebenezer’s visibility, engage our community, and support program growth. You will manage both internal and external communications, create multilingual materials, and build partnerships at local, state, national, and global levels. You will work closely with the Executive Director and leadership team to ensure all communications align with Ebenezer’s mission and vision.

Ebenezer Healthcare Access is a nonprofit dedicated to helping immigrant and refugee populations navigate the healthcare system. We provide culturally responsive support,



educational resources, and community outreach to improve healthcare access and outcomes. Our clients speak a variety of languages, including English, Swahili, Kinyarwanda, French, Arabic, Spanish, Russian, Turkish, Ukrainian, Tigrinya, Amharic, Somali and others

We partner with county health departments, local health systems, academic institutions, and faith-based organizations to address social determinants of health. As a designated Community Care Coordination Agency in Columbus, Cincinnati, and Dayton, Ebenezer plays a vital role in connecting underserved populations to essential care and resources.

Marketing & Outreach

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy.
Design culturally and linguistically appropriate brochures, posters, and educational resources.
Produce multilingual videos and materials to support healthcare navigation.
Manage media
