We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Business Development Executive. This role is a great opportunity to start a career in sales and business development. You will receive hands-on training, work closely with our sales and marketing team, and gain exposure to real-time client interactions and business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calls, and email campaigns
Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects
Engage with clients, understand requirements, and schedule meetings/demos
Convert leads into clients and achieve sales targets
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals
Develop knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and company services
Maintain accurate data in CRM and track daily sales activities
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution
Conduct market research and identify recent business opportunities
Perform daily outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn) and follow-ups consistently
Required Skills & Qualifications
Master’s degree in marketing, Sales, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and business processes is a plus
Understanding marketing, sales, or supply chain concepts is an added advantage
Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
Ability to work well in a team
