Summary:
We are seeking an experienced PR Manager (Parent Relations Officer) to lead and strengthen our school’s communication and engagement with parents and guardians. This role is pivotal in fostering a collaborative, transparent, and supportive school community by building trust, addressing concerns proactively, and ensuring consistent, positive interactions.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance parent engagement and satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Organize and lead parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and community events.
Address and resolve parental concerns with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
Collaborate with school leadership and teaching staff to align parent communication with academic and operational goals.
Maintain accurate records of parent interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.




Promote transparency and trust through regular updates and two-way communication channels.
Represent the school at community and stakeholder events as needed.

Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, or a related field; postgraduate qualification preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in parent relations, school administration, or a similar role.
Proven track record in parent engagement, relationship management, and conflict resolution.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English and regional language(s).
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using communication tools and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
