Job Title: Mobile Technician / Mobile Service Engineer

Job Summary

The Mobile Technician is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing,



and maintaining smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices. The role involves ensuring timely service delivery, maintaining high-quality repair standards, and providing excellent customer support while adhering to company SOPs and service guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose hardware and software issues in mobile devices.
Perform repairs and replacement of components such as displays, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, microphones, and motherboards.
Install, update, and troubleshoot mobile operating systems and software applications.
Conduct quality checks and testing after repairs to ensure devices meet service standards.
Accurately document repair activities, parts usage, and service reports in the system.
