The Creative Supervisor plays a dual-role leader within the creative services team—balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution. This role is responsible for assigning and prioritizing work, developing and mentoring junior talent, and stepping into projects as needed to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate is both a strong people leader and an accomplished creative contributor who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

How You’ll Spend Your Time:
Workflow Management
• Partner with the Creative Manager to prioritize incoming work and ensure consistent visibility and alignment across all active projects.
• Lead or actively participate in scrum meeting, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Partner with project management and marketing leadership to align on timelines, deliverables, and scope.
