Role Overview

Banking Clients | Risk Data & Regulatory Reporting | Certification Framework Location: Remote (India preferred) Experience: 3–5 years The Regulatory Data Certification Analyst supports the execution of asset-level data governance and certification activities across banking regulatory reporting environments. This role assists in strengthening transparency, completeness, traceability,



and control over data used in regulatory and financial reports, including FR Y-14, FR Y-9C, Call Reports, FDIC 370, and HMDA. The position operates within CoComply's structured certification framework: Identify → Define → Govern → Certify. The analyst will work closely with Lines of Business, Regulatory Reporting, Risk, Data Governance, and Technology stakeholders to support documentation, control validation, evidence tracking, and certification readiness activities.

Core Responsibilities

Asset Identification & Inventory Support - Assist in establishing and maintaining inventories of critical data assets; support materiality classification of Tier 1–4 and asset ownership documentation; track asset status within the certification lifecycle.
Documentation & Control Alignment - Support documentation of key report metrics, data elements, and transformations; assist in linking regulatory requirements to associated policies, controls, and da
