SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)

To execute and supervise electrical and ELV system installation works at the project site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines. The role involves coordination with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure effective and timely completion of electrical and ELV packages as part of the overall MEP scope.

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Execute and monitor electrical and ELV installations including HT/LT systems, lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and BMS as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with civil and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical and ELV works within the overall site activities.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations,



and quality standards throughout installation and testing.
Inspect and verify installations, prepare snag lists, and ensure timely rectifications in coordination with vendors and subcontractors.
Support in preparation of material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements related to electrical and ELV systems.
Assist in testing and commissioning of electrical and ELV systems and ensure adherence to functional requirements.
