We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer/Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad & Delhi (NCR). As a Civil Engineer/Manager, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects. You will lead a team of engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have 5 - 15 years of experience in civil engineering and management. You will work in a Site Environment, contributing to project execution. Solid technical and leadership skills are essential for this role. Responsibilities

1. Plan, design, and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
2. Lead a team of engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
3. Manage construction activities, concreting,



construction methodology, reinforcement, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
4. Oversee site operations, monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project execution.
5. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against these plans.
6. Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
7. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines, budgets, or quality.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success.
9. Prepare and submit reports on project progress, budget, and quality to senior management and clients.

Qualifications

1. Full-time ITI or Diploma or Graduate in Civil Engineering
2. 3-15 years of experience in civil engineering and management
