Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as BIM Manager-MEP. As a BIM manager, your primary responsibility involves overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of MEP systems to ensure they meet project specifications, budgets, and deadlines. By serving as a liaison between architects, engineers, contractors and clients, the BIM – MEP Manager ensures that all MEP installations are completed to code and operate efficiently as part of the overall building design.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects from conceptualization to completion.
Analysing customer needs to determine appropriate solutions for complex technical issues.
Develop detailed drawings using Revit MEP software for HVAC systems, electrical installations, plumbing fixtures, etc.
Develop and maintain documentation for MEP systems.
Participate in project planning and review meetings




Ensure compliance with MEP standards and regulations.
Provide support and guidance to junior MEP engineers.
Conduct regular system audits and updates.

Job Requirements

8+years’ of experience in MEP client and project handling.
Must have hands-on experience into Scan to BIM (MEP) modelling.
Robust understanding of MEP systems and their integration within building designs.
Must have hands-on years in Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, standards, and codes.
Proven track record of successfully managing the projects from planning to closing.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Work Mode: Work from Office, Monday to Friday
No office transportation
