We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will:
Own service reliability outcomes for critical digital services (availability, latency, error rates), improving Incident/Problem Management and reducing MTTR.
Lead P1/P2 major incidents end-to-end: triage, coordination across teams, stakeholder communications, and driving post-incident actions to closure.
Define, maintain,



and improve runbooks, SOPs, on-call readiness, and shift-left activities to reduce operational load.
Improve release reliability and reduce change failure rate through automation, standardisation, and safer deployment practices.
Drive observability strategy: standard dashboards, alert tuning, log/trace correlation, and proactive detection.
Deliver automation that measurably reduces toil (auto-remediation, self-service ops tools, automated diagnostics).
Improve operational reporting (MTTR, incident trends, recurring issues) and use insights to prioritise fixes.
Ensure operational processes align with internal security, risk, and control requirements (change, access, incident evidence) and support audits.
Act as a go-to SME for Production Support/SRE practices, mentoring others and applying AIOps (clustering, summarisation, pattern detection, guided diagnostics, runbook knowledge retrieval, RCA dra
