The Role:

Our Agent Reliability Engineers (ARE) support customers who use AI to build
applications across web, mobile, backend, DevOps, and full-stack environments —
many of them non-technical builders shipping everything from simple websites to
complex SaaS products.



When customers hit issues, the ARE team diagnoses,
troubleshoots, and resolves them while delivering a excellent customer experience.
As Enablement Manager, you'll own onboarding, training, coaching, and continuous
upskilling for this team, combining technical depth, communication skill,
customer empathy, and learning & development expertise to keep engineers
effective as the AI landscape keeps shifting underneath them.

What You'll Do:

* Design and run onboarding: build structured learning paths and certification
programs covering platform knowledge, troubleshooting methodology, AI
workflows, and customer support fundamentals for new Agent Reliability
Engineers
* Drive technical enablement: run workshops on debugging across frontend
(React, Next.js, JavaScript), backend (Node.js, Python), APIs, databases,
cloud infrastructure, mobile, and AI agent orchestration, and turn
fast-moving platform
