As a Fresher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand by creating compelling, high-impact designs that communicate property features, lifestyle aspirations, and investment potential. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and project teams to produce visually engaging content for digital platforms, brochures, social media, presentations, and promotional materials. Responsibilities
Design visually compelling graphics for property listings, sales brochures, flyers, and digital campaigns.
Create concept art, mood boards,



and visual storytelling assets for new residential and commercial projects.
Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual content in alignment with ABC Spacery’s design guidelines.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to translate project features into engaging visual narratives.
Produce high-resolution images and layouts for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and presentations.
Assist in the creation of 3D renderings and visualizations in coordination with design and architectural teams.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the real estate and property industry.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements
