About The Role

We’re seeking a Paid Ads Specialist with deep experience running digital ad campaigns that convert. You’ll translate strategic insights into performance-driven campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.

This role is ideal for an analytical, creative thinker who can balance data with storytelling and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize digital ad campaigns.
Create audience targeting, copy, and creative recommendations.
Set up conversion tracking and report key performance metrics.




Test and refine messaging, placement, and creative variations.
Collaborate with strategists and creatives on campaign execution.

Qualifications

2+ years experience managing paid media campaigns for agencies or brands.
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and tracking tools.
Robust understanding of conversion optimization and funnel strategy.
Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Contract Type: Per campaign or monthly retainer
