Janaagraha’s work in Assam in organized under two verticals – State Programs and State Systems and Capacities. We are looking for a highly passionate, experienced, and competent professional to serve as Program Associate – State Programs for our program in Assam, reporting to Manager – State Programs.

GeographicReference

As Manager – State Systems and Capacities, you will be responsible for reforms agendas concerning state capacities in general and the implementation of people-centric reforms in state and local governments in particular. This role requires expertise in developing program strategies, overseeing data analysis, managing project execution, and fostering stakeholder relationships. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing support to the State Lead in setting up efficient program update cadences with donors, government partners, and Janaagraha’s senior management, ensuring explicit and timely communication on program progress and impact.
