Role Description This full-time, on-site Heating Air Conditioning Technician role is located in Patna. The technician will install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and related equipment, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and energy efficiency in Dekin facilities. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing system issues, performing routine and preventive maintenance, checking electrical components, and coordinating with plumbing services when HVAC systems are connected to water lines.

The role also involves responding to service requests, documenting work performed, adhering to safety and regulatory standards,



and collaborating with other building operations staff to support smooth facility operations for events and performances.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently.

Candidates should possess plumbing knowledge to work with HVAC systems connected to water lines and drainage components.

Candidates should possess preventive maintenance skills to perform routine inspections, cleaning, and adjustments on heating and air conditioning equipment.

Candidates should possess electricity skills to safely work with wiring, circuits, motors, and control panels in HVAC systems.

Candidates should possess familiarity with EPA guidelines and relevant environmental and safety regulations affecting HVAC work.

Relevant technical certification or diploma in HVAC, mechanical, or electrical fields is beneficial.

Experience with commercial or institutional building HVAC systems and basic understanding of ventilation and temperature control is preferred.
