We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with a strong background in US Healthcare Recruitment to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting healthcare professionals for permanent and/or contract positions across the United States and should be comfortable working in a rapid-paced staffing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 2–8+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
- Proven experience recruiting for:
- Registered Nurses (RN)
- Allied Health
- Laboratory
- Imaging
- Pharmacy
- Therapy
- Clinical & Non-Clinical Healthcare positions
- Strong understanding of US healthcare staffing and recruitment processes.
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, JobDiva, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Boolean Search.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
