As a Healthcare Recruiter , you will partner with hospitals, healthcare systems, physician groups, clinics, and healthcare organizations across the United States to identify, engage, and place high-caliber healthcare professionals, including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Registered Nurses, Allied Health Professionals, Healthcare Executives, and other clinical and non-clinical talent.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong recruiting skills with a consultative approach and enjoys working on high-impact healthcare searches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Physicians, Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Physician Assistants (PAs), Registered Nurses (RNs), Allied Health Professionals, Healthcare Executives, and other healthcare professionals.
- Source, engage, and assess top healthcare talent through direct outreach, networking, referrals, market mapping, and talent pipelines.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with hospitals, healthcare systems, physician groups, clinics, and healthcare professionals across the US.
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and provide strategic talent acquisition solutions.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and facilitate successful placements while ensuring an exceptional candidate and client experience.
- Manage multiple healthcare searches simultaneously while maintaining accurate records within ATS and recruiting platforms.
- Stay up to date on healthcare hiring trends,



credentialing requirements, licensing standards, and market conditions.
- Develop long-term relationships with active and passive healthcare professionals to build a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience within the US market.
- Demonstrated success placing Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers (NPs & PAs), Registered Nurses (RNs), Allied Health Professionals, Healthcare Executives, and other healthcare professionals.
- Proven ability to source, engage, and recruit passive healthcare talent through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare staffing, clinical specialties, hospital systems, credentialing, licensing, and healthcare hiring processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Experience managing multiple high-priority searches simultaneously while maintaining an exceptional candidate and client experience.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and modern recruiting tools.
- Highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
