We are looking for an experienced Retail Design Leader to drive end-to-end store design strategy across retail formats. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience creating immersive retail environments, leading design teams, and managing multiple concept-to-execution projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Lead store design strategy, concepts, and creative direction

Develop floor plans, renderings, CAD drawings, and mood boards

Oversee materials research, VM alignment, and fixture detailing

Collaborate with rollout & cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive retail experiences

Manage multiple projects, clients,



and stakeholder communication

Review architectural drawings and ensure design accuracy & execution

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture or related design field

Robust expertise in AutoCAD, Photoshop; knowledge of SketchUp/Rhino/3DS Max is a plus

Deep understanding of materials, finishes, and retail design trends

Proven leadership and experience with top retail brands or design agencies
