About the Ro leWe are seeking a strategic and results-drive n Head – Spare Par ts to lead the complete spare parts supply chain and after-sales support ecosystem. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the right parts are available at the right place and time while optimizing inventory, improving service levels, and driving operational efficienc y.The successful candidate will lead demand planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, reverse logistics, vendor management, and digital transformation initiatives to build a best-in-class spare parts operatio n.

Key Responsibilit ies• Develop and execute the overall spare parts strategy aligned with business and after-sales objectiv es.

- Lead demand forecasting, inventory planning, procurement, and replenishment to ensure optimum stock availabili ty.
- Achieve industry-leading service levels with a targeted fill rate of 95% and abo ve.
- Optimize inventory costs while improving inventory turns and reducing obsolescen ce.
- Drive strategic sourcing initiatives to improve procurement efficiency, cost savings, and supplier performan ce.
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, distribution, transportation, and nationwide spare parts logisti cs.
- Lead reverse logistics, warranty claims, refurbishment, and recovery programs to maximize value realizati on.
- Collaborate with Service, Sales, Product, Procurement, Finance,



and Operations teams to improve customer experience and operational efficien cy.
- Implement digital transformation initiatives, ERP enhancements, warehouse automation, and supply chain analyti cs.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor forecasting accuracy, inventory health, fill rate, lead time, and operational performan ce.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellen ce.

Candidate Pro file• 12–18 years of experience in Spare Parts Management, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, After-Sales Operations, or Service Operati ons.

- Proven experience in Consumer Electronics, White Goods, Consumer Durables, Retail, FMCG, or related industr ies.
- Strong expertise in demand planning, inventory optimization, procurement, sourcing, warehouse management, logistics, and reverse logist ics.
- Demonstrated experience in supplier management, contract negotiations, warranty management, and service parts plann ing.
- Exposure to ERP systems, WMS, SAP, Oracle, or other supply chain technolog ies.
- Excellent analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills with a solid data-driven appro ach.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed te ams.
- B.E./B.Tech is mandatory. MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Management will be prefer red.
