Position
Head Sheet Metal
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Sheet Metal Manufacturing operations.
- Manage Laser Cutting, CNC Bending, Welding, Fabrication, and Assembly processes.
- Drive improvements in productivity, quality, cost, and on-time delivery.
- Plan manpower, production schedules, and optimize machine capacity utilization.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and customer requirements.
