Role Description

? We’re Hiring | Head – Quick Commerce & Alternate Channels

? Delhi NCR | ? 6–8 Years Experience

Mario Foods is expanding across Quick Commerce, E-commerce and Alternate Channels, and we’re looking for a commercially sharp leader to build and scale this business.

This role goes beyond managing existing accounts. You will own the business outcome while building strategic partnerships and new revenue streams.

What you’ll own





- Quick Commerce & Alternate Channel strategy
- Revenue, volume & profitability
- Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart & other platforms
- Assortment, pricing, visibility & commercial negotiations
- New SKU/category launches
- Airports, airlines, IRCTC, workspaces & institutional/B2B partnerships
- Strategic partnerships and new business models
- Channel expansion and ROI-led growth

Who are we looking for?

A candidate with 6–8 years of experience in Sales / Business Development, with strong exposure to Quick Commerce and/or E-commerce. Experience in alternate channels, institutional or B2B sales will be an added advantage.

We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, negotiate strongly and build a business from the ground up.
