Role Overview The Head – PMC will be responsible for end-to-end project management of construction projects, ensuring timely completion within approved budgets while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. The role will act as the owner’s representative and coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and statutory authorities throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution

Lead projects from concept to handover.

Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.

Track project milestones and ensure on-time delivery.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Design & Consultant Coordination

Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, and interior consultants.

Review drawings for constructability and value engineering.

Ensure timely issuance and approval of construction drawings. Contractor & Vendor Management

Evaluate and recommend contractors and vendors.

Monitor contractor performance, quality, and productivity.

Review work progress and certify bills as per contract terms. Cost & Contract Management

Monitor project budgets and cash flow.

Review BOQs, estimates, change orders, and variation claims.

Ensure cost optimization without compromising quality.

Support contract administration and dispute resolution. Quality & Safety

Ensure compliance with project quality standards and safety regulations.

Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.

Monitor corrective actions and preventive measures.

Coordinate approvals with local authorities.





Ensure compliance with building codes, environmental regulations, and legal requirements.

Stakeholder

Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and management.

Conduct weekly and monthly project review meetings.

Prepare MIS reports covering progress, risks, cost, and timelines.

Project

Closeout

Oversee testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final handover.

Ensure completion of all documentation, warranties, and as-built drawings.

Required

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).

PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage. Experience

7+ years in construction project management.

Minimum 5 years leading large commercial, hospitality, retail, industrial, or mixed-use projects.

Experience in PMC, EPC, or developer organizations preferred.

Solid knowledge of construction methodologies.

Contract management (FIDIC/standard construction contracts).

Budgeting and cost control.

Primavera P6/MS Project.

AutoCAD and project management software (Procore, ERP, etc.).
