About the Role:

We are looking for a Head of Product Design (UX Heavy) to lead the design vision and user experience strategy for our consumer-facing products.

The ideal candidate will come from high-scale consumer internet companies, and should have experience building products used by millions of users.

This role requires someone who can think beyond screens and design someone who deeply understands consumer behaviour, user journeys, product strategy, conversion, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Product Design

Strategy & Leadership:

- Own the overall product design vision, strategy, and execution roadmap.
- Build user-centric experiences across mobile and web platforms.
- Define UX principles, design standards, and experience frameworks.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Business, Growth, and Marketing teams.

2.

User Experience

Ownership:

- Own complete user journeys across the product lifecycle:
- Acquisition
- Onboarding
- Discovery
- Conversion
- Engagement
- Retention
- Monetisation
- Identify user pain points and design solutions through:
- User research
- Data insights




- Behaviour analysis
- Customer feedback

Consumer Product

Thinking:

- Translate complex business problems into simple, intuitive experiences.
- Build experiences that improve:
- User adoption
- Conversion rates
- Engagement
- Retention
- Customer satisfaction
- Drive experimentation culture through A/B testing and iterative design.

4.

Design

Systems & Scalability:

- Build and evolve scalable design systems.
- Create frameworks that enable faster and consistent product development.
- Ensure high-quality design execution across platforms.

5. Team Building & Mentorship:

- Build and lead a high-performing product design team.
- Mentor designers and create a solid design culture.
- Establish design processes, reviews, and quality benchmarks.

6. Data-Driven UX:

- Work closely with Product Analytics and Growth teams.
- Use metrics and insights to improve product experiences.
- Balance creativity with measurable business impact.
