We are looking for a Head of Supply Chain Management (Senior Manager / AGM) to join the leadership team of one of our client!

In this role, you will bridge technical material planning with global supplier development to build a highly resilient, future-ready supply chain.

Level: Senior Leadership (Reporting directly to the Plant Head)

What You’ll Do:

As our SCM Head, you will take total ownership from MRP cycles to final delivery:

- Manage High-Complexity BOMs: Oversee multi-level Bills of Materials consisting of 1,500 to 2,000+ individual components .
- Ensure 100% Plant Uptime: Synchronize precision MRP cycles with fluctuating production schedules to ensure zero production downtime.
- Optimize Inventory: Implement lean manufacturing, JIT, and Kanban systems to balance high SKU counts and safety stocks.
- Drive Supplier Upgrades: Audit and onboard current vendors, direct technical capacity building (including Industry 4.0 integration), and lead high-value contract negotiations.
- Champion 2026 ESG Mandates: Ensure our supply base is compliant with the latest environmental,



social, and governance standards.

Who You Are: We are looking for an experienced operations champion who commands respect on both the shop floor and in the boardroom:

- Experience: 18–22 years in manufacturing (Automotive, Sheet Metal, or Engineering), with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (MBA in SCM or Materials Management is a massive plus!).
- Technical Mastery: Strong command over manufacturing categories—forgings, castings, sheet metal, fasteners, and general machined components. Exposure in casting, forging, sheet metal, Hardware buying (e.g. Bearing, Fasteners, nut-bolt etc.) strategic sourcing, vendor development /assessment/Inventory management etc.
- Systems Savvy: Expert-level proficiency in ERPs (SAP/Oracle) with a strong appetite for data analytics and forecasting.
- Thrives Under Pressure: You excel in demanding, fast-paced environments where daily customer deliveries are the baseline standard.
