Are you an experienced R&D; leader with expertise in detergent formulation, surfactant chemistry, quality control, and laboratory management ?

HR Placement Consultants (HRPC) is hiring on behalf of India's pioneering manufacturer of next-generation, ultra-concentrated sheet-based household cleaning products.

? Location: Ahmedabad (Kathwada), Gujarat

? Experience: 10–15 Years

? Department: Research & Development (R&D;) / Quality Control (QC)

? Employment Type: Full-Time

? Reporting To: Partner / Co-Founder

Key Responsibilities

? Lead formulation development for laundry detergent sheets, dishwashing sheets, floor cleaner sheets, stain remover products, and future innovations.

? Build and lead the company's complete R&D; and Quality Control Laboratory from the ground up.

⚙️ Drive product innovation, formulation optimization, manufacturing scale-up, and technical transfer.

? Establish robust QC/QA systems, analytical testing protocols, SOPs, CoA documentation, GLP, ISO 9001, and regulatory compliance.

? Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Formulation Chemists, QC Analysts, and Laboratory Professionals.

We're Looking For





✔️ 10–15 years of experience in R&D; Formulation & Quality Control

✔️ Strong background in:

- Detergents & Laundry Care
- Home Care / FMCG
- Specialty Chemicals
- Surfactants & Enzyme Technologies
- Cleaning Solutions
- Cosmetics Formulation

✔️ Experience setting up Greenfield R&D;/QC Laboratories ✔️ Expertise in formulation development, product commercialization, laboratory operations, and manufacturing scale-up.

Preferred Educational Qualification

? M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Surface Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Biochemistry, or related scientific disciplines.
