JOB TITLE: Head of Product Development

LOCATION: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

- Product & Tech Leadership: Own the architecture, design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, high-performance software products.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams using Agile/Scrum. Establish coding standards, best practices, and a culture of ownership.
- Roadmap & Delivery: Define the technical roadmap in partnership with Product. Drive timely releases by collaborating with Product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Quality & Performance: Ensure code quality,



system reliability, performance optimisation, and security across all products.

Technical Skills

- Languages & Frameworks: Strong hands-on expertise in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React Native, and SQL databases.
- Architecture: Experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications using contemporary design patterns.
- DevOps & Cloud: Proven experience with CI/CD, Git, Docker, and at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years in software product development, including 5+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-grade products and building high-performing engineering teams.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
