About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead the operational strategy and global growth of our AI-powered Medical Imaging business. Reporting directly to the CEO / Founder, the Vice President / Head of Operations will drive operational excellence, enterprise customer success, strategic partnerships, and international expansion, with a robust focus on the US and global healthcare markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the company’s global operations strategy, aligned with business growth and international expansion.
- Lead enterprise implementations and customer success across hospitals, diagnostic chains, teleradiology providers, imaging centers, and healthcare networks.
- Build and scale high-performing teams across Operations, Clinical Delivery, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Program Management.
- Develop strategic channel partnerships with PACS/RIS vendors, OEMs, healthcare technology companies, system integrators, cloud partners, and value-added resellers.
- Establish and nurture relationships with global radiology groups, academic medical centers, diagnostic networks, teleradiology organizations, and healthcare associations to accelerate market adoption.
- Drive business expansion in the US healthcare market , with a strong understanding of provider workflows,



reimbursement models, regulatory requirements, enterprise procurement, and healthcare partnerships.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to ensure successful product deployment and customer outcomes.
- Establish governance, operational KPIs, quality frameworks, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support regulatory readiness, clinical validation programs, and commercialization across international markets.

Qualifications

- 10 + years of leadership experience in Healthcare, Medical Imaging, Diagnostics, or HealthTech.

Strategic & Technical Expertise

- Proven success in scaling operations and commercial delivery for medical imaging, radiology informatics, diagnostics, or AI healthcare businesses.
- Strong experience in the US healthcare ecosystem, including hospitals, imaging centers, provider networks, teleradiology organizations, or healthcare technology companies.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML in Radiology and Medical Imaging, including Computer Vision, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI model lifecycle.
- Experience with AI-enabled diagnostic solutions, clinical validation, and integration with PACS, RIS, DICOM, HL7/FHIR, and enterprise healthcare systems.
- Proven leadership in scaling operations and commercial delivery for Medical Imaging, Radiology Informatics, Diagnostics, or AI Healthcare businesses.
- Deep understanding of radiology workflows, healthcare IT, and AI-based Software as a Medical Device (SaMD).
- Experience in positioning and deploying AI-powered imaging solutions integrated with PACS, RIS, DICOM, HL7/FHIR , cloud platforms, and enterprise healthcare systems.
- Demonstrated success in building global channel partnerships, strategic alliances, and relationships within the international radiology and healthcare ecosystem.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with AI Scientists, Clinical Researchers, Product Management, and Engineering teams to translate AI innovations into scalable commercial solutions.
