Role :Head of Delivery & Technology Location: Bangalore Experience: 15+ Years | FinTech | Banking Technology | Enterprise Software | Digital Transformation About the Role We are looking for a highly technical and customer-focused Head of Delivery & Technology to lead the successful delivery of our digital banking platform and enterprise fintech solutions. This role requires a strong technical leader who can actively engage with engineering teams, solution architecture, cloud technologies, APIs, and enterprise integrations while driving end-to-end delivery for banking customers. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical expertise combined with proven experience leading large-scale product implementations, managing cross-functional engineering teams, and building trusted relationships with banking clients.

Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise digital banking solutions from solution design through implementation and production rollout.

- Provide technical leadership to Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, and Implementation teams.
- Review and guide solution architecture, system design, APIs, integrations, scalability, performance, and security.
- Work closely with customers CIOs, CTOs, Enterprise Architects, and technical teams to design and implement enterprise solutions.
- Drive delivery governance, project execution, resource planning, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Ensure successful implementation of cloud-native and microservices-based applications.
- Collaborate with Product Management to translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and customer workshops.
- Build and mentor high-performing engineering and delivery teams while promoting engineering best practices.
- Improve SDLC processes, Agile delivery, DevOps adoption, CI/CD, release management, and operational excellence.
- Drive customer success by ensuring platform stability, timely delivery,



and long-term customer satisfaction.
- Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams during technical solutioning, RFP responses, customer presentations, and solution demonstrations.

Required Skills & Experience • 15+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise application delivery, or technology leadership.

- 8+ years managing engineering and delivery teams.
- Strong technical background in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and enterprise application architecture.
- Hands-on understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, API gateways, authentication, and security standards.
- Experience delivering Digital Banking, Core Banking, Payments, Lending, FinTech, or Financial Services platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and contemporary software delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise implementation programs.
- Ability to review technical designs and guide engineering teams on architecture and development best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management with CXOs, business leaders, and enterprise customers.

Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with Digital Banking Platforms, Core Banking Systems, Payment Gateways, Open Banking, or API Banking.

- Experience with Banking Security, Regulatory Compliance, and Financial Services technology.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled automation and modern software engineering practices is an added advantage.
