We are looking for an accomplished Head – Buying to lead procurement and category strategy across perfumes, cosmetics, fashion, and luxury . This is a senior leadership role with end‑to‑end responsibility for assortment planning, vendor negotiations, margin optimization, and building a premium product portfolio aligned with evolving consumer trends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive buying & merchandising strategy across multiple categories with full accountability for growth and profitability
- Lead assortment planning, vendor partnerships, and negotiations to deliver competitive pricing and premium quality
- Optimize margins and ensure category contribution through strategic sourcing and value engineering




- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution across retail and e‑commerce channels
- Shape consumer‑centric product portfolios and strengthen market positioning
