About The Role
We are hiring Client Operations Interns who will work closely with our servicing team to handle real-time insurance operations and client requests.This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role — ideal for candidates who want to learn how operations actually run in a startup.
What You’ll Do
Process employee additions, deletions, and corrections (endorsements)
Coordinate with insurers, TPAs, and internal teams
Track and close client requests within defined timelines (SLAs)
Maintain and update data in Excel/Google Sheets
Follow up on pending requests and resolve issues proactively
Support client servicing and escalation handling
