Description of Skill Set :
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
Proven track record as a Tech Lead or Senior Full Stack Engineer with leadership responsibilities
Strong experience in backend development with Python and Django as well as up-to-date frontend technologies (React, TypeScript)
Experience in leading teams, including hiring,



coaching, and mentoring engineers
Hands-on experience with system design, REST API development, and microservices
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern DevOps practices
Strong communication skills in English (German a plus)
Enthusiasm for clean code, automation, and sustainable engineering practices
Passion for sustainability and motivation to contribute to the energy transition

Job Responsibilities:
Build and Lead a Team: Hire, onboard, and coach a high-performing cross-functional team of backend, frontend, and QA engineers.
6–8 years of professional experience in software engineering, including at least several years in senior or lead roles.
Drive Delivery: Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring milestones are met with quality, scalability, and sustainability in mind.
