Role Overview
Sr. Manager Recovery-(Collections & Legal)

Location : Pan-India (HQ-based role with extensive field and regional oversight)

We are hiring a senior leader to head Collections, Recovery, and Legal functions for our EV financing portfolio. This role is critical to protecting asset quality, minimizing credit losses, and building a scalable,



compliant, and ethical recovery framework aligned with our sustainability-first mission.

The incumbent will own end-to-end collections and recovery strategy, legal escalation, repossession and resale processes, vendor management, and portfolio risk mitigation across geographies. This is a high-impact role requiring robust execution capability, regulatory understanding, and on-ground leadership.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities :

Strategy & Leadership
Define and execute collections, recovery, and legal strategy for EV loan portfolios across buckets (early, mid, late, and write-offs).
Build scalable frameworks for pre-delinquency controls, soft collections, hard recovery, and legal action.
Act as a strategic partner to Credit, Sales, Ops teams to improve overall portfolio health.
Drive data-backed decision-making for recovery prioritization and resource allocation.
