About The Role

VXU Global is hiring an experienced Sr. Career Counsellor – Study Abroad to manage student counselling, admissions guidance, and lead conversions for international education programs. The candidate will play a key role in helping students choose the right universities, courses, and countries while ensuring a smooth admission journey from inquiry to enrollment. Responsibilities Provide expert counselling for overseas education opportunities Guide students on university selection, admission requirements, and visa processes Handle high-intent student leads and convert them into enrollments Conduct detailed counselling sessions and career guidance Mentor junior counsellors and trainees Build solid relationships with students and parents Maintain counselling reports and CRM updates Achieve enrollment and revenue targets

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree 2+ years of experience in study abroad counselling or EdTech admissions Strong knowledge of international education systems and universities Excellent communication and counselling skills Ability to handle targets and student conversions Experience with CRM and lead management tools is preferred
