About The Role

VXU Global is looking for a passionate and student-focused Career Counsellor – Study Abroad to guide students in planning their international education journey. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students regarding overseas education opportunities, universities, courses, admission processes, visa guidance, and career pathways in countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, and more. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, counselling abilities, and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their global education goals. Responsibilities Counsel students about study abroad opportunities and international universities Understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses and countries Guide students through admissions, applications,



and documentation processes Assist students with university shortlisting and career planning Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries Follow up with leads and maintain student relationships Coordinate with admission and visa teams Maintain accurate records in CRM systems Achieve counselling and enrollment targets

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for student counselling and overseas education Basic knowledge of study abroad processes is preferred Ability to guide students professionally and confidently Freshers with robust communication skills can also apply
