Develop and implement production plans based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels
Create daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed
Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams
Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
Analyze production data to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Maintain inventory levels and minimize stock shortages or excess
Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations
Prepare production reports and performance metrics

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
2–5 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of production planning and inventory control
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Positive understanding of supply chain processes
