We are seeking a Structural BIM Modeller with 4–8 years of experience in developing and coordinating structural BIM models for building and infrastructure projects. Candidate will be responsible for creating accurate 3D models, preparing construction documentation, and supporting multidisciplinary coordination activities.
Develop and maintain structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Model structural elements including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, and steel structures.
Prepare structural drawings, sections, elevations, schedules, and shop drawings from BIM models.
Perform model coordination and clash detection with architectural and MEP disciplines using Navisworks.
Ensure models comply with project standards, LOD requirements, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
Update models and drawings based on design revisions and coordination feedback.

Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
4–8 years of experience as a Structural BIM Modeller.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure and AutoCAD (mandatory).




Experience with Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection.
Good understanding of RCC and structural steel systems.
Ability to interpret structural drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
Strong coordination, communication, and time-management skills.
Experience working on commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.​
