Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced and agile Audit & Assurance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee multiple audit engagements mainly in the US region, manage client relationships, and lead a team of professionals.
You will be responsible for ensuring that audits are executed effectively and efficiently, providing strategic insights to clients, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. As a key leader in the firm, you will have the opportunity to shape audit strategies, mentor junior staff, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of clients of variable sizes across different industries within the US region aligned with onshore team expectations including Employee Benefit Plans, Not for Profit Organizations, Government/Single Audits and Real Estate Audits.
Proactively manage client expectations and be point-of-contact for clients and onshore team
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
Understand client expectations, timelines, and deliverables
Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously and ensure adherence to SLAs.
