The Position
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Engineering Manager to lead a team of Fullstack Engineers responsible for building and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications and platforms that serve both internal teams and external partners.
As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers while driving the successful delivery of enterprise-grade SaaS products and platform capabilities. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Architects, Designers, and Engineering leaders to execute against product roadmaps, improve engineering effectiveness, and ensure high-quality software delivery.
This role requires a solid technical foundation in Python, React, cloud-native technologies, and modern software architecture principles. You will provide technical leadership, facilitate technical discussions, guide engineering decisions, and help teams build scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.
You will play a critical role in balancing business priorities, customer needs, technical investments, and team development.
Success in this role requires strong people leadership, operational excellence, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and grow high-performing engineering teams.
You will independently own team execution, delivery outcomes, engineering excellence, and employee development while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
