Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Odoo Project Manager / Implementation Lead to drive our ERP implementation projects and support our growing team. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, mentor junior functional consultants/business analysts, and act as a strategic point of contact for clients.
This is a energetic, "playing coach" role ideal for a senior functional expert who wants to lead a team while staying close to the Odoo ecosystem, assisting with complex client requirements, pre-sales demos, and resource optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Governance: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Odoo implementation projects, ensuring milestones are met on time,
within scope, and up to quality standards.
Team Leadership & Mentoring: Direct, guide, and upskill a team of junior functional consultants and business analysts, fostering their professional growth.
Training Management: Design and lead functional training programs for internal team members and clients during project onboarding or rollouts.
Pre-Sales & Complex Demos: Provide senior-level functional support during the sales cycle, stepping in to lead demonstrations for complex workflows or high-value client prospects.
Client Relationship & Account Health: Serve as a primary point of contact for project clients. Conduct monthly/regular review meetings for project delivery and employee augmentation accounts to ensure high client satisfaction and resource performance.
Resource Allocation: Optimize team utilization across dedicated implementation projects and resource augmentation assignments.
