Role Description
We are looking for Project Site Executives (1-3 years exp) to join our team. The role involves working closely with interior designers, clients and the execution partners/contractors to deliver high quality outcomes.
Key responsibility
Daily Site Supervision - Track all site activities and labor movement.
Vendor Coordination - Follow up with vendors, carpenters, painters, electricians, etc.
Material & BOQ Checks - Ensure materials arrive on time, and verify quantity/quality.
Planning & Tracking – Participate in all planning activities. Create and maintain project plans. Update daily progress and bottlenecks.
Client Coordination (as needed) - Maintain professionalism in every transaction with all stakeholders.
Snag Management - Identify and fix issues proactively before final handover.
Quality Assurance - Ensure execution matches the design drawings and design intent.
Reporting - Send daily site photos/videos, updates and escalation points to the team.
Who should apply
Candidates with prior residential interior execution experience
Someone hands-on, mature, and proactive - this is not a back-office job
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Drive, and basic Excel formats
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Problem-solving attitude
Punctual and reliable
Eye for design and quality (even if not a designer)
Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
Mode: Full time (Office + Project Sites)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
